For patients with Type 2 Diabetes and metabolic risk factors.
Diabetes management is not only about reducing today's blood sugar. The program is built around nutrition, physical activity, weight management, stress, medication and regular monitoring.
Selected Ayurvedic procedures may be recommended according to body constitution, metabolic status, weight, digestive health, disease duration and associated conditions. Panchakarma is one component of diabetes management, not a substitute for glucose monitoring or necessary medical treatment.
Controlled calories, appropriate carbohydrates, high-fibre foods, adequate protein, portion control, meal timing, weight management and reduced excess sugar/refined carbohydrates.
Walking, strength/resistance training, yoga, pranayama, flexibility and mobility work, with intensity adjusted according to age, fitness and complications.
Ayurvedic medicines may be prescribed after assessment. Existing diabetes medicines should not be stopped abruptly; HbA1c and glucose monitoring guide any medically supervised changes.

Patient-friendly explanation: Diabetes is a metabolic condition—not just a sugar problem. The program works on lifestyle factors that influence blood sugar every day: Detox your body with Ayurved Panchkarma, Check Gut health, eat better, move better, improve fitness, monitor regularly and treat appropriately.
